Deegan Marine is a successful and long running family-owned business established by Lindsay & Pat Deegan in 1974.
Lindsay in particular brings a wealth of experience to the business with a comprehensive background in commercial fishing. This wide range of experience also includes a successful racing career with numerous State title victories. Lindsay was fortunate to escape serious injury in a spectacular high speed crash at the Devonport Regatta in 1976 (see history).

Hadley Deegan joined the business in 1986 as an apprentice outboard mechanic, achieving OMC Master Technician status in 1995.
Also pursuing the family's passion for competitive racing, Hadley achieved State title victories in stock 25, 550cc & 800cc classes.

Lindsay, Hadley and their dedicated crew team up and participated in Ski Racing for a number of years, enjoying successful competition, and the thrill of high speed boating and skiing combined.
The passion and enjoyment for boating continues today with off shore adventures, social skiing and deep sea fishing.

Deegan Marine is now one of Tasmania's leading marine dealerships, currently employing 9 staff, and has won numerous awards for excellence over the years (see awards).

The business has now been taken over by Hadley and Sandra Deegan, with Lindsay and Pat sure to be enjoying a well-earned retirement.
